Reynosa.- El Frente Estatal de Productores Agropecuarios de Tamaulipas, encabezado por Guillermo Aguilar, mantiene bloqueado el puente internacional Pharr-Reynosa este viernes, luego de no llegar a un acuerdo con autoridades federales. La principal exigencia del grupo es establecer un precio compensatorio justo para la tonelada de sorgo, ya que aseguran que los costos de producción superan por mucho el ingreso que actualmente perciben.
Cabe recordar que estos mismos productores bloquearon a inicios de semana la carretera Matamoros-Victoria por casi 24 horas en protesta por la misma demanda. Ahora han trasladado su inconformidad a un cruce internacional clave, lo que podría afectar el tránsito comercial entre México y Estados Unidos. Se recomienda a transportistas y viajeros tomar precauciones y vías alternas.
